Surprisingly enough, the pot of the future is already 500 years old and it still combines an antique impression and surprising performances. The quality of those ancient instruments, still today unsurpassable, is due to the extraordinary physical properties of the noble metal used for their realization: copper. We can surely affirm that copper is the best material for pot realization, thanks to its high thermic conductivity index: 392 instead of 16 of the stainless steel. These characteristics allow a homogenuous cooking that does not attack the food, safeguarding its nutritive properties, and also, aromas and tastes. The stove fire, acting on the pot, does not overheat the pot bottom, but uniformly distribute its heat on the whole surface, offering very good characteristics of non-stickness. Nico Marin's pots are obtained from copper sheets of 2,0 to 2,5 mm. thichness; the outside surface is hand hammered; the inside surface is completely covered with pure tin, the handles are made of brass.

The high quality and variety of forms and dimensions of these pots will lead you to rediscover the cooking pleasure. Let yourself become engrossed by meats as they slowly cook in shallow casseroles, or by rice dishes steaming in deep casseroles; by sautèed pasta in a pan with a long handle - just like a real chef - or by the delicate flavour of the vegetables in a classic minestrone cooked in a kettle; or by roast beef or pheasant as it cooks in an oval casserole, which, by simply adding the grille supplied with the casserole, can be transformed into a refined steamer for those who love fish or vegetables; or by the enormous pan for Spanish paella, whose elegance will captivate guests when it is placed on the table. And, last but not least, by the copper sauce pot for preparing delicious sauces or delicate egg creams cooked by double boiler. Nothing is left to chance: even Marin's complementary accessories contribute to the perfect success of your dinners, when you present a steaming roast on a serving tray whose characteristic cover is shaped in the form of a piglet, or when you keep your wine chilled in the refined, hand-sculptured bottle tub which maintains the temperature you desire. Everything is designed to restore to the act of dining that pleasure and grace which charm us every time they stimulate our sense of good taste.
